Tell Me It Isn’t True

I have heard that Twitter is thinking about charging us money to use it soon.
Here is some news for Twitter: “The minute I have to pay a red cent to use it is the minute when I shit can it forever.” In other words, “Fuck me and it is “Good By, It’s Been Good To Know Ya!” I learned to live without “My Space” years ago and I can learn to live without Twitter too if I have to.

  1. I’ve never been on Twitter and we quit Facebook over 10 years ago. I am still in the blogosphere (obviously) but that’s about it.

  2. You can already pay $8 a month to have a ‘Verified’ account on Twitter. That gives you certain extra benefits, like much longer tweets. I just heard by email from WordPress that Twitter is going to make it more complex to share blog posts on the platform. So if they think about charging us to do that, I will be waving ‘bye bye’ to tweeting blogs.
    Best wishes, Pete.
