I will not be blogging for a few days after Monday, March 6, 2023 because I have to undergo a couple of cataract surgeries. So do not worry — I am not abandoning the blog — I just need a few days to heal a little bit after the procedures I will be undergoing.

Good luck on the surgery….I had it a couple of years ago and it was great results…..you will bounce back sooner than you think…..we will be here when you are better. chuq

John, since I had that surgery some twenty yrs ago, rest assured, it is quick, practically painless, (more a sense of slight discomfort rather than pain) and recovery is only 24hrs. You will be astounded at the dramatic improvement!

I am touched in my heart with joy at your prayers for me, Herb — I know that the effective fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much –so thank you. I will take that memory into the surgery with me where Jesus is already waiting to provide for my every need during the procedure. With God all things are possible and He only wants the best for His Children. Thank you for your obedience to The Lord in that you are praying for me, a person whom you barely know.
